Red wine braised oxtail

Since we can’t go anywhere, I decided to make something complicated today: red wine braised oxtail. Add oxtail to bowl and rub salt and black pepper all over the meat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Put oxtail into a Dutch oven. Pan sear oxtail pieces to brown, add garlic, carrot, onion, tomato pieces, rosemary, and wine.  Cook on stove about 20min after boiling and put the Dutch oven into oven  preheated at 325F. After 3 hours, take the Dutch oven out of the oven. Put the Dutch oven onto stove and keep the liquid boiling till appropriate amount
