Morrocan Stew

This is a really simple dish and I love making it these days! Marinate goat meat with Moroccan mixed spices, ginger, and garlic for at least three hours and then brown the meat in a cast iron Dutch oven. Add onions and stir fry until the smell comes out. Place the Dutch oven into preheated oven 325F for three hours. You can add all kinds of vegetables into the stew, such as potatoes, tomatoes, and squash. Depends on what vegetables you want to add, you will add at different times to avoid overcook the vegetables. For example, this time I added potatoes, tomatoes and squash after the Dutch oven in the oven for two hours.
