I got some organic yellow peaches from the Fresh Market and decided to make an upside-down peach cake. I basically followed this recipe https://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/upside-down-peach-cake/ except cutting sugar to ½ cup in total. I lent my mixer to a friend, so I was not able to make things fluffy in step 2. Fortunately, the final product turns out great! You do not want to know how many calories each piece contains 😛
